Revisting Goals for 2011

So I went back to my list of goals for 2011 to see how things were going...

2011 Week 1 photograph

Here are my goals for 2011 in my business:
1. Reach 100 sales by February 9, 2011 (etsyversary). DONE!
2. Have at least 100 items listed in my shop at all times. DONE!
3. Introduce new products with my photography. Brought in more prints in the ACEO size.
4. Double my sales in 2011 (so reaching an average of 14 sales per month). Working on this one!
5. Listing a new print each week-meaning getting out there with my camera! Not doing so well with this one :(
6. Putting God and family before business. I still want to promote a bit every day, but I need to put other things in my life first and trust that this will still all stay together and go places! Need to improve on this one too!

I'm looking forward to purchasing a new lens in the near future which will also provide for new types of photography coming in my shop!
2011 Week 2 photograph

I have since purchased that new lens and it's done wonders already with some prints!

I also got my first box of product to photography for the clients listings.  I'm really excited to see what will become of this first shoot and also the many more that are yet to come!

Once again, if there's anything you're specifically looking for, please let me know!  I will do my best to help you!

2011 Week 5 Photograph is missing but I did do some product photography!

ALSO...
Looking for some help with a contest I'm entering.  I need many people to "like" and leave a message "Crystal Zacharias sent me" on the following two pages

http://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/Tiny-Dancer-Tutus/142063845841884
http://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/Jennifer-Klassen-Photography/91830407841
If you don't do both, it won't qualify for an entry!  Thank you so much to those helping me!

I LOVE that you have revisited your goals....I think I should do that too! Thanks for the reminder.

I admire your zeal to put God and family above everything else. That's often a challenging part of life, but something that we all should do every day. "If God is for us, who can be against us?" Rom. 8:31

Woooohooo 100 sales! Congrats! I just hit that milestone myself and it's a wonderful feeling!

With a new business it's so very hard to remember what's important when we are so focused on making the business work and it seems to occupy our every waking moment. I've been getting better about walking away from the computer. Baby Steps :)

Goals are like guideposts. They are meant to be monitored, followed or changed.

Great job on the goals you've accomplished! And don't worry about not getting out as much as you'd like with your camera for new pictures, it's hard on those cold dark wintery days but I'm sure come spring you'll check that off your list too!

I didn't set any goals for 2011 - so I guess I'm right on track :)

Love the photo with the frost on the leaf.
